Hourly Average and Total

I would like to know why I don't have and hourly report of my stats?

Our reports are generated by Webalizer, a 3rd party tool. It supplies hourly average and maximum traffic numbers, along with a graph of hits, pages and files broken down by hour of day.As you note, the finest level of detailed reporting is by day, so if you need detailed hour-by-hour traffic reporting, you will need to build your own tool to analyze your raw logfiles. Offhand, I can't think of any 3rd party log analyzers that give that level of detail in their reports.
