error disabling a self-managed log bucket

I get this error disabling a self-managed bucketError
We were unable to stop logging for this bucket.Can you please check what is wrong? Thank you in advance.Regards

Exactly what it says. We can't stop logging on a self-managed bucket for the same reason we can't start it. Because we don't have access to your account.You can turn off logging using the same tool you used to turn it on.
