Service Announcement: Expect late report delivery for the next couple days

We've seen a big spike in the amount of time it takes for Amazon to deliver logfiles over the last couple days. Logs that normally arrive about an hour delayed are now taking up to 24 hours to appear.

This has affected our reporting for 3/30 and 3/31, since many buckets and distributions ended up being processed before the full day's logfiles had arrived.

To ensure that this doesn't happen again tomorrow, we've taken the nightly job offline for the moment and will be holding off on running it until we can verify that all the necessary logs are in place. We'll also be re-running the 31st, to finish processing logfiles that arrived late.

With luck, Amazon will fix this issue at their end in the next day or so. Regardless, we'll do whatever we need to so that your reports arrive complete.

Sorry in advance for any extra delay.

A quick update:

Amazon is getting a handle on this today, and logs are only 12 hour behind at the moment. We've run reports up through the 2nd now, and with luck everything will be back to normal tomorrow.
