Service Announcement: No reports since 4/13

Many of you may have noticed that your reports have stopped on or around 4/13/2012. This appears to be an issue at Amazon's end related to the logfile delivery issue last week.

We can verify that for several hundred customer Distributions, and for the majority of customer Buckets, Amazon simply stopped delivering logfiles on the 13th.

Amazon is looking into this, and I'll keep you posted when we know more. Hopefully, this is simply a deliverability issue and the logs will eventually make their way to their destination. If so, we'll be able to process them and bring everybody's reports back up to date.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

A quick update:

Once again, Amazon have responded quickly and appear to have the issue fixed at their end. With luck, this weekends' logs will trickle in over the next couple days and we'll be able to process them.

Thanks for your patience.

Hi

I can see logfiles in my bucket, but no report update since 4/13. It is now 4/20. Is there anything I can do to trigger the updated report?

thanks
Owen

I signed up for a trial to see how the process works, and how the reports look. My bucket has cdn logs in it, any way to kick off the process just for my trial.
