Amazon will give you historical usage reports that might be suitable to your needs. They're essentially just .csv files with daily bandwidth and file count numbers, so they're not as detailed as the information you'd find thru Server Access Logging.

So I guess it depends on what information you're looking for. You can find those reports in your account page at http://aws.amazon.com/ .
