Duplicate numbers

Good Morning,

I am trying to report May numbers to a customer and noticed that the May reporting is showing duplicate records for a few of our files. One file was overwritten on s3, so it may be recognizing them as separate documents, but the other was not.

I do have a screenshot that I can share with you, and am hoping that you can shed some light on this situation.
