no reports generated


I signed up for a free trial back in March. My free trial ran out, but being the procrastinator that I am, I didn't get around to signing up for a paid account until a few days ago. But although I paid, no reports are being generated for my account. What can I do to reactivate the accounts?

That would be our fault. We try to backfill reports in cases like yours, so that you don't end up with a gap between the date we stopped processing and the date we started again. Sometimes the process needs a bit of human intervention, and in those cases it helps if I'm not out of town for a long weekend. Sorry about that.

Your reports for the last month and a half are running now, and should be ready to go by the time you read this. Glad to have you aboard!
