Cannot see the stats or complete the configuration

I still cannot see the stats after almost a week after signing up. The Configuration tool keeps giving the error that "this end point has already been configured somewhere else", but I am not sure where.

Please help!

Sorry to hear. Could you tell me the name of the bucket/distribution that you're trying to set up? Usually, you'll be seeing that message because somebody in your organization had a trial account with us at one point and set up reporting on that particular endpoint.

If it's no longer being used by an active account, I can release it for you.

This is incredibly frustrating. I have paid for the whole month but I still cannot set up an account and look at my stats. Either please fix this or please cancel my subscription and issue a refund. It is ridiculous that a trial account cannot be 'upgraded' and would actually prove to be a hindrance to setting up a paid account. and on top of that I do not even receive a timely response.
