log lost issue for cloudfront bucket


My cloudfront bucket exceed the $5/month daily hit limitation recently, and I just upgrade the profile to $20/month today.
I have get the issue that the part of log lost since 06/11, and the hit number decreaced since 06/11 in the report.
It is acceptable if the decreasing is caused by the daily limitation.

But I need to make sure, since I have upgrade the profile to $20/month, my log should not be lost again since today. Is it correct?

The short answer is that we never modify or delete the logfiles that Amazon delivers. We download them as needed to generate your reports, but we leave them intact.

We did have an issue earlier in the month that caused us to skip report generation for several customer buckets on the 10th and 11th. That would explain the missing days in your report.
