Stats stopped in March
I have stats until March and nothing since then. I saw in another thread that other tools can interfere, so I've tried to disable then enable logging but an error is reported that logging could not be enabled. What should I do next?

You're right. I'm seeing the same error when I try to re-enable logging for your account. I'm out of town at the moment, so I'm afraid that I can't fix this by hand right now. I'll be back near a computer, and have some time to look into this on Friday. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Ok, I've re-configured logging for your account. It looks like it was indeed S3Fox that initially reset ACP permissions and caused logging to stop, but it was an XML parsing issue at our end that was causing the error you saw when trying to re-enable logging yourself from your My Account page. I'll get a fix in place for that as soon as possible.Amazon should start delivering logfiles again today, so your first reports will arrive tomorrow morning. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
