Dear Support,I am wondering if it is possible to know how often a specific track on my homepage has been downloaded. As far as I understand "hits" represent how often a track was simply played as well.Kind Regards,Conti
I'm afraid we don't have a way to distinguish between a file being downloaded (as in, right clicked by a user and "save as..."), and the file being clicked or requested by a bot. It all appears in the logs that Amazon delivers as a request for the file, so that's the only thing we can report.You might have some success inspecting the Browsers report to get a feel for the percentage of your overall traffic that comes from real users as opposed to bots.
