I am a new customer, I signed up last week and it appears that there has not be any processing of any files. I am not sure whether my account was a ffected by the missing logfiles issue that you mention on your blog, however I would really like the trial to show up with the data I do have so I can evaluate what it looks like (even if it is not statistically correct)

Please let me know whether my account is even one of the ones affected by amazons outage and if not what the timeframe is for updating the stats.

Sorry for the wait. This actually affects everybody, since even the few customers who didn't see an interruption in logfile delivery are having to wait until we start running reports again.

I've gone ahead and tacked an extra 10 days onto your trial, so you'll at least be able to see a full month's worth of data before you decide to activate your subscription.
