not getting stats for my bucket

Looks like you've set your bucket up in Self-Managed mode, so the short answer is "no".

If you don't give us access to your bucket, we can't access it. That's sort of the point, right?

The simplest thing you can do to get your reports up and running would be to supply a set of AWS (or IAM) credentials and set it normally. Chances are it will simply start working at that point.

But if it doesn't we'll at least be able to dig in and find out why.
