Logs being "processed" but they're all 0KB

It looks like my logs are being processed; however, they are all 0KB. Is there a setting that I missed in my setup for my buckets that would cause this? There's tons of traffic to my buckets and they shouldn't be 0.

That's usually a symptom that Amazon is not delivering any logfiles to your bucket, or are delivering them to the wrong place. We're coming through each night and successfully bundling together all zero of the files we find, and uploading the resulting empty file to you.

Looks like all your buckets are in a Self-Managed account, so unfortunately I can't dig in and see what's going on with them.

The 3 things that can go wrong are Logging Instruction, Permissions, and Delivery Location. So make sure that logging is set up correctly, that both S3stat and Amazon's LogDeliver group has the right permissions (though if you're seeing zero-length .log files in your bucket, that must mean you have the right permissions for S3stat's user), and finally that Amazon's logs are set to go back into the logged bucket at the path you used to set them up with us.

I wish there were more I could do to help from our end. Good luck.

I am having this same issue on a non Self-Managed account. My bucket was processing just fine until mid-October and then the logs show up as 0kb.

Help?
