[Fixed] Service Outage 3/31 - 4/2
We had an issue with a release we pushed live on April 1 that resulted in a 3 day "hole" in most users' reports. That issue has been fixed, and the affected reports have been re-run, but if you are still seeing missing reports for the first days of April please get in touch at email@example.com.
The issue made it past our monitoring because it did not actually stop reports from being generated. Rather, it would zero out our local data file for the *previous* day after correctly reporting on the current day, leaving the reports with good data for the last run day and a trail of zeros for previous days.Again, all affected endpoints have had reports re-generated for the days in question. Sorry for the inconvenience that this caused.
