Unable to get logs for "akiaiodts575ecvdheia-ccsbackupset"

Hi ,

I have configured the bucket “akiaiodts575ecvdheia-ccsbackupset” using S3Stat in Self-Mange Mode on 28th July 2011 .But I am unable to get the Reports so far. it has already crossed 36 hrs after the request .Please guide on this issue ASAP.

Also I have raised two Queries in the forum regarding
1. Does every request takes 36 hrs to get the reports?
2. In one S3Stat account registration can I configure for Multiple bucket distributions ?

Please reply ASAP

Thanks and Regards

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. As I mentioned in our email exchange last week, it looks like you've set that account up as Self Managed, which means there's not really anything I can do from my end except confirm that you don't have any reports.

If you've double-checked all the steps in the instructions
( http://www.s3stat.com/web-stats/self-managed.ashx ) and it's still not working, the only thing I can suggest is that you set that bucked back up with us using a standard account where we have a copy of your AWS credentials.

Sorry that I can't be more help.

Also, in anwser to your questions (which we also talked about last week)

1. The 36 hour delay in starting a new bucket/distribution is simply a reflection of the delay before Amazon starts delivering logfiles combined with the fact that we only process them once per day.

Sometimes you'll get your first report in just a few hours, but if you time it just right you can miss the window exactly and end up waiting until the next day's run finishes.

2. You can attach multiple sets of AWS credentials to a single S3stat account, so you don't need to sign up for more than one S3stat account if you follow Amazon's recommendation of having multiple sets of AWS
keys.
